The main group page shows all scheduled matches with member option to change their availability. It also shows the number of player RSVP's.
Players tab
Create and maintain your participant list here. Each player must have an account in Topdog. You the administrator can search the database, list players who already have Topdog accounts, and quickly create accounts for new participants. Send them an invitation so that they can confirm that they want to participant in this group. If a player changes their availability they don't need to accept the invitation. This is the same as accepting the invitation.
Move Players
Move players to scheduled or move them to any other RSVP response. You can also send them an email letting them know they are scheduled to play or to remind them to enter their availability.
Find A Sub
When a scheduled player can't make the date the program will ask them to find a substitute.
Once a player takes the vacate spot, an email will be sent to other players letting them know that the position has been filled.
Email/ Text Players with RSVP
You can include RSVP buttons in your email. Your players can click on "yes" or "no" without being logged into Topdog.
Click on the "date" of your event.
Click on "manage" then check all players you wish to send an RSVP to.
Click on "send email to all checked players"
General
Player's calendar - Only scheduled players will have this event on their calendar.
